We offer a range of digital marketing and creative services. The exact work, timeline, and cost for your project will be agreed between us before we begin. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
We put in our best effort on every project, but digital marketing does not come with guaranteed results.
We do not promise specific rankings, follower counts, leads, sales, or return on ad spend. Results depend on many factors outside our control — algorithm changes, market conditions, competition, your product, your website, and more.
Any numbers, case studies, or examples we share are from past work under specific conditions. They are not a promise of the same for your business.
Payment terms will be agreed before we start any work. We typically ask for advance payment before beginning. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
If payment is delayed or not received, we may pause or stop work until it is settled.
We do not offer refunds on work that has already been done or is in progress. Time, effort, and resources go in from day one — that cannot be returned.
If you cancel a project midway, you still owe for whatever work was completed up to that point.
If we run paid ads for you (Meta, Google, etc.), your advertising budget is separate from our fee. That money goes directly to the platform and is not refundable by us. We will manage it with care, but results are not guaranteed.

Once you have paid in full, the final deliverables we created specifically for you (posts, videos, designs, website, etc.) belong to you.
Until full payment is received, we retain ownership and may withhold files.
We keep the right to show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise before the project starts.
Our internal tools, workflows, templates, and processes remain ours — they are not handed over as part of any project.
We may use trusted third-party professionals to help deliver certain services. We remain responsible for the quality of everything we hand over to you.
Whatever you share with us about your business stays with us. We will not share it with anyone outside the team working on your project. We expect the same from you regarding anything we share.
If something goes wrong, our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. We are not responsible for indirect losses like lost business, lost profits, or lost data.
We often work on platforms like Google, Meta, Instagram, and others. We have no control over their policies, algorithms, or decisions. If they suspend your account or change how things work, that is beyond our control and is not grounds for a refund.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on our website. Continuing to use our services means you accept any updates.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
